Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon in the United States is one of the largest and deepest in the world. It stretches across the state of Arizona for 446 kilometers, and its depth is 1,300 meters. The canyon is located in the northern part of the state, on the vast Colorado Plateau. The Colorado, Green River, San Juan, and other rivers cut through this plateau, forming an extensive network of large and small canyons, among which the Grand Canyon stands out for its size.
Mount Denali or McKinley
The highest point in the United States is Mount Denali in central Alaska. Until 2015, it was known as McKinley, named after an American president. It then reverted to its original name, given by the Athabasca Indians. In their language, Denali translates as “great.
Yellowstone
Yellowstone is a national park in Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, known for its geothermal features: volcanoes, geysers, and underground springs. Yellowstone has 2/3 of all geysers in the world and half of all geothermal vents in the world.

Niagara Falls is probably the most famous natural attraction in the United States. It is located on the border with Canada on the Niagara River, which connects Lake Ontario and Lake Erie. The name of the waterfall from the Iroquois language translates as “rumbling water”.
Death Valley
Death Valley is a national park in California, located in an intermountain trough near the Sierra Nevada mountain range. It is the hottest and driest reserve in the United States. It is also the second deepest land point in the Western Hemisphere, below 86 meters from sea level.
Yosemite Falls in Yosemite National Park
Yosemite Falls is the highest in North America and the 20th highest in the world. Its height is 739 meters, several times the height of Niagara. It is far from as wide, but due to its height and scenic surroundings it is no less impressive. It is often called the Fire Falls, which is associated with ancient Native American rituals.
Yosemite Falls is located in Yosemite National Park in northern California. The park occupies the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, where sequoia groves grow among granite cliffs, clear mountain rivers with picturesque waterfalls flow, and beautiful glaciers run through them.
